His owner lived one street down from me. He kept Mopar in a fenced in area smaller than an average bedroom - it was evident that his area was almost never cleaned and covered in feces. Animal Control picked Mopar up after Mopar was hanging around my house for a few weeks. After he didn't come back and the owner didn't get him, Mopar was to be put down because he failed two tests needed for being able to adopt. After adopting him, he had to be neutered, according to Alabama state law. He was in very bad shape and had to be closely monitored for two weeks. Now Mopar is becoming trained and is very loved and happy. I hope this encourages people to pay for a rescue to save an animal rather than 0 for a puppy that isn't in jeopardy of being killed. Just a few days ago, I only have 662 views... in 4 days, I was up to 2700+ views. :) I've got a camcorder now and am hoping to get some actual videos of Mopar doing his thing for everyone to enjoy.
